"We are going to create a wishing tree. The idea of the wishing tree is that passers by should leave a bit of themselves on the tree [not a like a toe or anything], and make a wish.
Imagine bits of torn off fabric from a shirt, a necklace, a poem, a photograph etc.we will just find a suitable tree, and describe the wishing tree idea on a board, and hang it on the tree.
We will take a photo of the tree and all the bits and bobs attached to it at the end of the weekend, and then post it for all to see.Looking forward to the weekend.
