Matjiesfontein is in fact a declared heritage site and the antiques are REAL. We are very honored to have free range of this beautiful space. Thank you to the owner of the town, David Rawdon and all the friendly hotel staff!!!
Most of the people who work in the hotel were born in Matjiesfontein and have been working there most their lives.
Please show respect to the space - staff, hotel ghosts, hotel cat, antiques... ie.. Dont go crashing 10 people in a double room.

If you feel the hotel rates are a little steep for your pocket just remember you will be staying in an antique victoriana building. The hotel is absolute LUXURY to the max.. also remember that you will not be paying to see any of the fantastic contributions so consider your accommodation your expense for the whole Show 'n Tell experience..
